My sister and I recently visited The Aviary, and it was truly a delightful experience. The rooftop bar is a spacious oasis in the heart of Perth, serving daily vibes and weekend brunch. The drinks are also excellent; they have a large selection of crafted beers in both bottle and on tap, well-crafted signature cocktails, and even a special Espresso Martini bar. My sister, who is a foodie, recommends the pizzas and the cocktails. She loved the Drunken Ribeye cocktail, and the pepperoni pizza was delicious.
The Aviary also has a couple of weekly specials that are worth checking out. From daily happy hour to ‘Bottomless Bubbles & Brunch’ every Saturday and Sunday, there is always something special going on. We attended the ‘Bottomless Bubbles & Brunch’ event, and it was a great experience. The food and drinks were amazing, and the live DJ music created a lively atmosphere.
