My best friends and I had an unforgettable experience at Fiume, the rooftop bar located in the luxurious Crystalbrook Vincent hotel. From the moment we stepped into the urban and chic oasis, we were blown away by the stunning views across the Brisbane River. The name Fiume, meaning ‘river’ in Italian, perfectly captures the essence of the terrace, which is set right at the foot of the Story Bridge.
The modern-yet-relaxed industrial setting and the breath-taking rooftop infinity pool gave us a sense of exclusivity that only Fiume can offer. The combination of the ambient lighting and the stunning skyline view made us feel like we were in a movie.
The extensive menu boasted creative signature cocktails made with locally sourced liqueurs and local craft beers, as well as boutique wines and jugs to share. Our group loved trying each other’s drinks, and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the ingredients. We recommend trying the ‘La Dolce Vita Brunch Brisbane’ every Sunday, which was the perfect way to start our day.
When it came time to eat, we were extremely impressed with the selection of eclectic bar bites and plates to share. The food was mouth-watering and a great complement to our drinks. We couldn’t resist taking pictures of our beautifully presented dishes.
To top off our night, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous time. It is no wonder Fiume is a hot spot for stylish drinks and bites both in the sun or under the stars.
Our only complaint is that we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend Fiume for anyone looking for an exclusive rooftop bar experience in Brisbane. Fiume is truly a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back!
