Last week, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting The Well Bar Grill & Rooftop in the Waldo area with some of our best friends. The venue is truly spectacular, offering two floors of food, drinks and fun for pretty much anyone, at pretty much any time.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff and were immediately struck by the upscale vibes mixed with the casual atmosphere of a neighborhood bar. The indoor dining room was cozy and inviting, while the lower level patio offered a more laid-back atmosphere. But, the real highlight of the venue was the spacious and vibrant rooftop terrace. It was breathtakingly beautiful, with panoramic views of the city.
We were delighted to find out that the rooftop is open all-year-round, thanks to a 360° clear span heated tent and fire pits that kept us warm and cozy even in the chilly winter weather. The food menu was just as impressive, with everything from beer-battered Fish and Chips to fresh Salads and Pastas. And, with 30 craft beers on tap, signature cocktails and a nice selection of wines, there was something to please everyone.
My girlfriend loved the refreshing signature cocktails, while our friends couldn’t get enough of the craft beers on tap. We all agreed that the food was exceptional, with each dish bursting with flavor.
If you’re looking for a perfect venue for a fun and relaxing al-fresco night out with friends, The Well rooftop is definitely the place to be. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 11.00 – 01.30, making it the perfect spot for a vibrant dinner or a lively evening out. And, with its multiple levels and expansive rooftop deck, there is plenty of space to socialize and enjoy good company.
