The Silo Rooftop is a truly exceptional experience that is not to be missed. My friends and I visited this rooftop bar and were blown away by the spectacular panoramic views of Cape Town. We were perched on top of the five-star The Silo Hotel, located at the Waterfront of Cape Town. From up here, we could see the entire city, harbor, ocean, and mountains. It was a relaxed al fresco experience that made us feel like we were on top of the world.

The rooftop infinity pool is one of the coolest in the world and was the perfect spot for luxurious lounging high above the city. Although it was only available to guests at the hotel, we were able to enjoy the rest of the rooftop bar. We settled down in the comfy loungers and enjoyed some well-made classic cocktails, a glass of bubbly, or South African wines. The menu also included fresh oysters, man’oushe, salads, and poké bowls.

We highly recommend making reservations in advance to secure your spot at this popular spot. The Silo Rooftop is open daily, as long as the weather allows. We found that it was a great spot for a casual lunch, but it was even better around sunset when we were served views of a lifetime.

If the weather is too chilly or if you don’t get a spot up at The Silo Rooftop bar, there is also a sixth floor sky bar called The Willaston Bar. We didn’t get a chance to try it out, but we heard great things about it.

Overall, we had an amazing time at The Silo Rooftop and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.
