Sky Blossom Rooftop, Bistro & Bar is a hidden gem that my best friends and I recently discovered on Elm Street in downtown Dallas. As we climbed the six floors to the chic rooftop, we were amazed by the stunning views of the downtown skyscrapers and The Eye sculpture. The indoor dining lounge and intimate rooftop terrace provided the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable night out with friends.

The menu at Sky Blossom is a fusion of Vietnamese and other Asian flavors, which made for an exciting culinary experience. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic tastes that left us wanting more. The colorful cocktails were also a highlight for us and we all agreed that they were a must-try.

One of my friends recommended visiting during the weekday happy hour from 3pm-6.30pm, where you can enjoy the same great food and drinks at a more affordable price. We also highly recommend making reservations in advance, as this place is becoming more and more popular.

To find Sky Blossom, look for the dedicated elevator next to Campisi’s. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 11.00 – 21.30, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy the rooftop bar and bistro.
