What to wear for Tak Stockholm in Stockholm? Dress Code for men and women

My sister and I recently visited Tak, the stylish and modern multi-space rooftop destination that offered us amazing views over Stockholm. We were blown away by the multifaceted and elevated venue, which had several different spaces to explore.

On the 13th floor, we found a bright and stylish indoor restaurant that served modern Scandinavian food influenced by Japanese cooking methods and flavours. My sister and I enjoyed small dishes with Asian inspiration at the community-dining area called Izakaya, on the airy rooftop terrace with an outstanding 360-degree view over Stockholm. The creative drink menu was also impressive, and we loved trying their signature cocktails.

The addition of IMA, a beautiful and separate extension of the outdoor Tak terrace, was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed an omakase menu of unique cocktails in this modern and bright indoor/outdoor living room. We felt pampered and indulged throughout our time at Tak.

The after-work lounge vibe on weekdays was perfect, and live DJs and a more vibrant atmosphere towards the weekend made the experience even better. However, it was always crowded, so we recommend getting there early to grab a prime spot on the terrace.

Although the colder months might mean a pause in summer sessions on the outdoor terrace, the indoor lounge is a year-round destination. With floor-to-ceiling windows that fit up to 220 people, the very modern bar and lounge provides the perfect atmosphere for drinks and lounge vibes.

My sister and I highly recommend Tak for an extraordinary cocktail experience. We suggest booking some chairs at the Izakaya community tables and indulging in small dishes like Oysters, Sterling Halibut Sashimi, and Beef Tataki. Or, for a more luxurious experience, reserve a lounge sofa in IMA and try the omakase-style cocktail menu.
