My family and I had the pleasure of experiencing the modern and relaxing rooftop cocktail bar, the Rooftop Garden Bar, during our recent trip to Rome. The bar is perched on top of Hotel 87 eighty-seven and is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and a few meters from Piazza Barberini.
The lush and modern terrace comes equipped with comfy sofas, armchairs, and tables that made our experience even more enjoyable. The fantastic views over the Spanish Steps and the Roma rooftops were simply breathtaking, and we all agreed that it was the perfect spot to take in Rome from above.

The bar bites were also very tasty, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop tub, which had water at room temperature. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 17.00 – 01.00, making it the perfect spot for a late-night drink with friends or a romantic date with a significant other.
My girlfriend loved the modern and comfy atmosphere of the bar, and she couldn’t stop raving about the fantastic views. My mother praised the bar’s excellent selection of wines and cocktails, while my father was impressed with the bar’s prime location in the heart of Rome.
