I recently visited CODA Restaurant, located on top of the luxurious Aria Hotel Prague with my best friends, and I must say it was an extraordinary and elevated dining experience in the heart of Lesser Town. As we walked through the historic buildings like Prague Castle, Petrin Tower and St. Nicholas Cathedral, I knew we were in for a treat.

The rooftop terrace offers an absolutely stunning 360° view over Prague, and we couldn’t help but be amazed at the picturesque view. The classic, stylish and upscale ambiance is truly one of the best rooftops in Prague. The restaurant serves fantastic and modern European and local cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Jan Kaplan. Our taste buds were tantalized with every bite, and we enjoyed a variety of dishes complemented with an impressive wine list.

The restaurant’s cosy ambience was highlighted with live piano performances in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday. It added an extra layer of magic to our romantic dinner with magical views. We recommend making reservations for a sunny lunch or a romantic dinner to experience the best of CODA Restaurant.

To make the night even more special, we were offered a private dinner in the beautiful Vrtba Garden, which is directly accessible from the restaurant. We felt like royals as we enjoyed our meal amidst the lush greenery and the beautiful architecture of the garden.

CODA Restaurant is well worth a visit year-round, but it really offers something extra between spring to fall when the rooftop terrace is open. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 12.00 – 22.00, and its address is ARIA Hotel, Tržiště 9, 118 00 Prague 1.

Overall, our evening at CODA Restaurant was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had in Prague. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a bougie restaurant with a fantastic view of the city.
