Last week, my girlfriend and I, along with some of our closest pals, visited PocketSquare Skyline Bar & Terrace, a trendy rooftop cocktail bar that promises mixology creations and panoramic London views. We tried the ‘Taiyo’ (roku gin, yuzu, plum wine), which was recommended with a steamed tiger prawn bao bun, and it was truly delicious.
