What to wear for The Butler in Potts Point? Dress Code for men and women

I recently had the pleasure of going to The Butler in Potts Point for a delightful tinder date. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the lush and green surroundings that this hidden oasis offered. The entrance may not have been impressive, but the large, leafy terrace that opened up behind it was nothing short of breathtaking. The panoramic skyline views of Sydney were some of the best I have ever seen.

Once inside, the French colonial-inspired dining room with high ceilings and wicker furniture felt almost as exotic as the outside. It perfectly complemented the Ibero-American influenced menu, which included mouth-watering dishes like Tacos, Pan Seared Sea Scallops, and Chorizo Ragù. The cocktails were equally impressive, with an exciting and creative selection that left me wanting to try them all.

The intimate and inviting atmosphere of The Butler made it perfect for a romantic date. The Spiced Orange Espresso Martini was a highlight and I was thrilled to learn that one could take cocktail classes here. The Butler is definitely one of the best rooftop bars in Sydney, and I would highly recommend it for a long lunch in the sun or a date night.

It’s important to note that getting a table on the terrace can be quite challenging, so make sure to plan ahead. The Butler is open daily for dinner, and on most days, it’s also open for lunch. The weekend opening hours are from 12.00 – 00.00. The Butler is located at 123 Victoria St, Potts Point NSW 2011.
