Several of the cocktails served were based on the famous Italian amaretto, which also has an exclusive partnership with Level Eight Rooftop Bar. My boyfriend, who is a connoisseur of cocktails, was more than satisfied with the variety of drinks on offer. He particularly enjoyed the Disaronno cocktails, which were expertly crafted and packed a punch.

Aside from the cocktails, Level Eight Rooftop Bar also serves several other cocktails and gins, wine, beer, and some snacks. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 17.00 – 23.00, and the rooftop bar is open from April to October, making it the perfect spot for drinks, lounge vibes, and views over Lisbon.

The lively atmosphere of the bar, often highlighted by live DJs, added to the already extraordinary experience of rooftop dining. The staff was welcoming, and the service was impeccable.

If I were to recommend anything, it would be to arrive early to secure a prime spot on the terrace, as it does tend to get crowded later in the evening. Nevertheless, Level Eight Rooftop Bar is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance and sophistication to their trip to Lisbon.
