The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul is truly a five-star destination that exudes modern Turkish luxury. My best friends and I were thrilled to explore the hotel’s incredible amenities, and we were blown away by The Roof – a stunning rooftop bar with an infinity pool and breathtaking views of Bosphorus and the entire city.

The open-air terrace is surrounded by lush greenery and features modern and comfortable lounge sofas, which made for a truly relaxing atmosphere. The sleek bar was the perfect place to order up refreshing signature cocktails, healthy smoothies, and an impressive selection of wines. And the French Brasserie-style menu was something we just had to try. The seafood platter was divine, and the fresh truffle and purple potato pizza was a highlight for me.

I loved that The Roof is open from morning to night, which meant we could swim with an incredible view or simply soak up the sun while enjoying the delicious menu. The rooftop bar has a seating capacity of 84, which made for an intimate and exclusive vibe that my friends and I really enjoyed. Reservations are definitely recommended if you’re planning a visit.
