My boyfriend and I recently visited the ZOE Rooftop Bar during a romantic weekend getaway in Berlin, and we were blown away by the rooftop oasis that mixed a stylish country club with an urban beach club. The bar was situated on the roof of the Hotel ZOE by AMANO, and we were welcomed with relaxing vibes and smashing views over the German capital.

Located directly on Hackescher Markt, the rooftop terrace was equipped with comfy lounge sofas and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy hours in the afternoon sun or under a starry sky. The rooftop bar, also known as the G&T Bar, had a nice selection of refreshing drinks, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that gin played a major role in most of the items on the menu.

My boyfriend especially loved the rooftop bar and couldn’t stop raving about how he enjoyed the chill atmosphere of the place. He particularly enjoyed the sunset view, which was a real treat for him. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 17.00 – late, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the rooftop bar.

Overall, we can’t recommend the ZOE Rooftop Bar enough. If you’re looking for a bougie and fancy place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or a romantic evening with your significant other, then this is the place to go. We would definitely recommend trying out the gin-based drinks, as they were simply divine. The bar is located at Große Präsidentenstraße 6-7, Mitte, 10178 Berlin, so make sure to put it on your list of places to visit on your next trip to Berlin.
