During our weekend getaway to Barcelona, my boyfriend and I stumbled upon the gorgeous terrace restaurant at Hotel The Serras Barcelona. The Rooftop at Serras is an absolute gem, providing us with a breathtaking panorama of the Marina Port Vell and Barceloneta.

As we made our way up the elevator, the anticipation was palpable. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a warm smile and welcomed to take a seat at the rooftop bar. My boyfriend and I decided to indulge in some cocktails, and I must say they were some of the best we’ve ever had. The menu was extensive, and we were pleased to see they had options for all tastes. We also had some snacks which were equally delicious.

The restaurant at The Rooftop at Serras is exceptional. We enjoyed traditional Catalan meals for lunch and dinner, prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Marc Gascons. The food was mouth-watering and certainly lived up to its reputation. Despite being on the expensive side, this rooftop restaurant is worth it. The combination of excellent service, exquisite food, and stunning views made it an unforgettable experience.

The terrace itself is spacious, with seating for 80 people in the cocktail lounge and 30 diners. We visited during the summer, and on weekends, some of the city’s best DJs created a lively atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for a sunny weekend lunch, or to watch the sunset with cocktails. The covered rooftop bar is open during the colder months, but only serves drinks.

My boyfriend and I loved this rooftop so much that we decided to book a few nights at the luxurious 5-star Hotel The Serras. It was well worth it to have the full experience, including breakfast at the terrace, and access to the lovely rooftop pool.

Overall, I highly recommend The Rooftop at Serras to anyone visiting Barcelona. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience that will leave you feeling pampered and satisfied.
