My friends and I had the pleasure of visiting Suburban Dining + Rooftop, located at the Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood, and we were blown away by the incredible venue. The rooftop is truly a gem, as it happens to be the only one of its kind east of Melbourne. We were surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful decor as we sipped on delicious drinks and nibbled on delectable small bites. The focus of the rooftop menu is more on smaller dishes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to try a little bit of everything.

The Victorian craft drinks were definitely a highlight for us. We tried a variety of local craft beers from the Public Brewing Co. and hemp based Maku, as well as the house cocktail, the ‘Smoked Passion Margarita’, which was a unique and tasty twist on a classic. We also indulged in a cheese board and halloumi sliders, which were both exceptional.

The service at Suburban Dining + Rooftop was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

One of the best things about Suburban is the variety of events they offer. We were lucky enough to be there for the bottomless brunch on a summer weekend, and it was an absolute blast. The live music and bottomless spritzes made for a lively and fun atmosphere. We also heard great things about ‘Disco Saturdays’ and ‘Sunday Soul Sessions’, which we will definitely have to come back for.
