My sister and I recently visited the newly renovated Mayfair House Hotel & Garden and were blown away by the chic and tropical rooftop sanctuary that awaited us. The Sipsip Calypso Rum Bar, which celebrates Coconut Grove’s Caribbean ancestry, is an open-air terrace that mixes stylish bar seating with comfy lounge spots.
