One of the highlights of our visit was the eclectic and generous menu, which included hand-crafted, colorful, and whimsical signature cocktails like The Rosa Sky and Tulum Trip. My boyfriend, who is a cocktail enthusiast, was particularly impressed with the creativity and expert craftsmanship of the drinks. In addition to the cocktails, the rooftop also serves a globally inspired tapas menu, with masterful remixes of crave-worthy classics that are perfect for sharing. The food was delicious, and the presentation was impeccable.
The rooftop was lit up by the night sky and digitally mapped light choreography, which added to the already stunning ambiance. We were also impressed by the bold sounds played by some of the city’s favorite DJs and music makers, which made for a lively and exciting atmosphere. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 16.30 – 02.00, making it the perfect place for a night out in Miami.
Overall, we would highly recommend the Rosa Sky rooftop bar to anyone visiting Miami. The combination of delicious drinks, mouth-watering food, and stunning views make it a must-visit destination.
