My best friends and I had the pleasure of visiting P6 rooftop bar and restaurant, and we were blown away by the stunning panoramic views of Town Lake. This intimate rooftop lounge, located on the 6th floor of The LINE Austin, used to be a parking garage, but now it’s a chic and charming venue designed by Sean Knibb, with a mix of natural and colorful details that create an engaging atmosphere.
The food is perfect for sharing, and we were impressed with the Mediterranean small plates, especially the Spanish Octopus and Black Truffle Grilled Cheese. But what really caught our attention were the specialty cocktails, like the P6 Martini, which were absolutely divine. We also loved that we could order pitchers of cocktails and continue to share with our group.
The happy hour (Mon-Fri 4-6pm) was a great addition to the experience, and we were able to catch the magical sunset while enjoying our drinks. It’s a popular spot, so we recommend making reservations or arriving early to secure the best seats. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 10.00 – 00.00, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the Southern hospitality and fine F&B.
Overall, we highly recommend P6 rooftop bar and restaurant to anyone looking for a bougie and fancy experience in Austin. The breathtaking views of Town Lake alone are worth the visit, but the food and drinks take it to the next level.
