HG Sply Co. Dallas is a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant that has made a name for itself for its excellent food and smashing rooftop bar. When I visited this place with my best friends, we were absolutely blown away by the combination of healthy meals, delicious drinks, and great atmosphere.

The ground floor restaurant oozes rustic modernity, creating a cozy ambiance that is both inviting and comfortable. The affordability of the food and the portion sizes made perfect sense for us, and we were happy to try their farm-to-table/Paleo-style menu during lunch and dinner.

But the real highlight of HG Sply Co. Dallas is its spacious rooftop bar. With a whopping 9,000-square-foot space, the rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for us to hang out and enjoy the fantastic views of the Dallas skyline. The decor was casual yet chic, with picnic-like benches, greenery, and cozy lanterns that created a fantastic ambiance. The rooftop terrace had an excellent selection of crafted signature cocktails and craft beers that we couldn’t resist. The food menu was also exceptional, featuring bar bites that were perfect for us to nibble on while we sipped our drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the healthy Tribal Juices, which were a refreshing and nutritious treat.

One of the things we appreciated most about HG Sply Co. Dallas was the vibrant, fun, and friendly atmosphere. Despite the number of people that were there, the spacious rooftop bar never felt overcrowded or cramped. It was the perfect spot for casual drinks with friends or even a weekend rooftop brunch. We were thrilled to learn that they even offer rooftop yoga classes, which we are looking forward to trying.

Overall, HG Sply Co. Dallas is a must-visit spot in Lower Greenville, Texas. With its fantastic farm-to-table meals, smashing rooftop bar, and incredible views of the Dallas skyline, it’s a perfect place to unwind and relax with friends. We can’t recommend it enough!
