My sister and I recently visited FIRE, the stylish rooftop bar, lounge, and restaurant located on the 4th floor of The Art Hotel Denver. The location in the heart of Denver was perfect for taking in the city’s bustling life from above. We were immediately impressed by the modern and stylish decor of the restaurant, which had floor-to-ceiling windows and offered a fresh take on New American Cuisine.
The lounge and terrace were equally impressive and had a sophisticated and trendy vibe. The crafted cocktails were artistic and delicious, from new interpretations on classics to signature Fireside’s served hot. We were also pleased with the fine selection of wine and crafted beers available.
The open-air roof terrace was a highlight of our visit, accommodating up to 35 persons at the same time. The lounge chairs, bar stools, and comfy fire pits created a very cozy feeling towards the night. We were also excited to try the ‘Social Menu’, which offered small bites and drinks at very good prices every day between 3-6pm, usually followed by a live DJ.
My sister particularly loved the cozy feeling of the fire pits, which added to the overall ambiance of the rooftop bar. She recommended visiting during the evening to fully take in the stunning views of Denver at night.
Overall, FIRE is definitely one of the most stylish rooftop bars Denver has to offer. We highly recommend it for a classy after-work drink or tasty pre- or post-dinner cocktails. Its opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 06.30 – 22.00 and its address is 1201 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203.
