My friends and I had an amazing time here, enjoying the perfect location right next to the John Hancock Center and just a few minutes away from Lake Michigan and the beach. During the summer months, the lovely rooftop terrace is open, offering a completely different feel. The greenery, white lounge chairs, and fire pits create an amazing ambiance.

The rooftop bar is a perfect place to unwind with friends, and the impressive drink menu is a great conversation starter. The endless selection of whiskey and scotch is accompanied by well-made specialty cocktails and a large selection of beers and wines. The skilled bartenders were quite helpful and made great recommendations.

We made sure to arrive early and enjoy the happy hour (Thu-Fri, 5-7pm) to avoid the crowds. Later at night, drumBAR usually gets crowded and offers a high vibe, with live DJs creating an extra buzz on weekends. All my friends and I could think was that we should have made reservations for a more relaxing experience.

As an added bonus, during summer rooftop yoga is held at the terrace for ultimate relaxation. It was a great way to start the day and take in the magnificent view. We highly recommend you try it out!
