The drinks can be enjoyed either indoors or out on the open, airy, stylish terrace, which is adorned with large lounge sofas and mesmerizing lighting at night. I was impressed by the wide selection of Sake and loved the sophisticated cocktails that were served.
Though a visit to Tomo calls for a splurge, it is worth every penny. The exceptional service, views, and cuisine make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. My friend also recommended trying the Waguy Beef, which was cooked to perfection, and enjoying a Sake with the beautiful skyline view.
