Last week, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting Nobu Doha, an upscale rooftop restaurant and bar magnificently located above the Arabian Gulf. We were not alone, as some of our best friends joined us for a sophisticated evening.

We were eager to try the new-style Japanese cuisine created by Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa and we were not disappointed. The food was exquisite, and the Asian-inspired signature cocktails, wine, and premium sake were just as delightful. My girlfriend was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the venue, from the presentation of the dishes to the impeccable service provided by the staff.
Our friends, who opted for tapas bites and cocktails at the rooftop lounge, were equally impressed. They praised the happy hour offers available before 8pm, which made it an even more enjoyable experience.
