L’Estacade is the perfect spot for a fancy get-together with your best friends. The location is absolutely breathtaking, set on the banks of River Garonne, with stunning views of Place de la Bourse and the promenade along the Garonne. As soon as we arrived, we couldn’t help but take a few Instagram shots of the beautiful outdoor panoramic terrace perched on stilts, with boats sailing up and down the river in the background.

The interior of the restaurant and bar is equally as impressive, with panoramic window seating and a stylish setting that screams bougie. We loved the contemporary spins on southwestern French classics, mixed with flavors of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Everything we tasted, from the appetizers to the desserts, was simply delicious. And let’s not forget about the impressive selection of more than 100 wines! We opted for a bottle of red to pair with our meals, but the option of ordering by the glass or even a magnum was also available.

The bar is definitely a highlight at L’Estacade, with talented barmen who can mix you up some of the tastiest cocktails. We tried a few different ones and they were all amazing. The best part was enjoying our drinks on the outdoor terrace, with a refreshing river breeze and the sophisticated vibes of the place.
