Quarterdeck Bar, located within Hilton Malta in the picturesque St. Julian’s, was the perfect spot for a night out with my friends during our holiday trip. The classy cocktail and rooftop bar offers a lovely nautical theme that extends from the indoor lounge to the rooftop terrace, providing breathtaking views of the Portomaso Yacht Marina.

The impressive menu offers a wide selection of well-crafted and creative cocktails, wines, fine spirits, and both imported and local craft beers. The cold and hot Mediterranean tapas were the perfect accompaniment to our drinks. We particularly enjoyed the highly professional and friendly service, which added to the upscale yet relaxed ambiance of the place.

We visited on a Friday night and were thrilled to discover that there was live music, enhancing the already fantastic atmosphere. The bar is open nightly, providing the perfect spot for a pre- or after-dinner drink. We particularly recommend visiting on Fridays and Saturdays when the bar is open until 01.30.

On the other side of Hilton Malta is the Vista Lobby Lounge, which offers lovely views over the ocean and the hotel pool. This café provides a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying afternoon tea, coffee, and pastry in a Mediterranean-style setting.
