The location of SKY Bab, on the 6th floor of the BAB Hotel in the Gueliz district, is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the city below. The terrace has a modern and chic setting that adds to the overall ambiance, making it an ideal spot to relax and have fun with friends.
The menu is something that we absolutely loved! The crafted cocktails were all very impressive, and they had an excellent selection of Moroccan and French wines, bubbles, and spirits. The tapas menu was small but delicious, and we recommend trying the calamari and the cheese platter. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they were happy to recommend the perfect drink pairing to go with our food.
We visited SKY Bab in the early evening when the sun was still shining brightly, and we recommend doing the same to take in the beautiful views. Later at night, the resident DJ provides an excellent soundtrack for a sophisticated lounge vibe. We were all very pleased with the opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays, from 17.00 – 22.00, and it gave us plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere.
