My sister and I visited Baptiste Rooftop Pool, Bar & Lounge during our trip to Cape Town, and it was an exceptional experience. The first thing that caught our attention was the stunning 360-degree panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Twelve Apostles mountain range. We felt like we were in our own little paradise, surrounded by beauty.

The terrace was bright, beautiful, and had a refreshing rooftop pool that we couldn’t wait to jump into. We spent most of our day lounging on comfy sun loungers, sofas, and tables. The setting was quite exclusive but was free for anyone staying at The Marly Boutique Hotel & Spa. However, outside visitors are welcome, but make sure you note that there is a minimum spend, and non-resident guests are not allowed in the pool area.

The Baptiste menu was filled with tasty food and drinks, and we loved the contemporary poolside dishes, from light bites to more filling burgers and mains. We also had the pleasure of trying their crafted signature cocktails and a nice selection of bubbles and wines.

My sister absolutely loved the rooftop bar, and I could see why. She kept raving about the stunning views and how relaxing it was to be up there. We both agreed that it was the perfect venue to elevate our day in Camps Bay.

One thing that we highly recommend is sticking around for the sunset. Trust us; it’s really something extra from up there. We visited on a Friday, and their opening hours were from 12.00 – 20.00.

Overall, I would say that our experience at Baptiste Rooftop Pool, Bar & Lounge was exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and elevated day in Camps Bay.
