Last week my girlfriend and some of my closest friends went to The Roof Sky Bar, located on the 21st floor of the Crowne Plaza – Warsaw – The HUB. As we arrived, we were instantly mesmerized by the captivating view of the center of Warsaw. My girlfriend was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the cocktails. She ordered the “Praga” cocktail, which was a perfect blend of gin, honey, and lime. She also enjoyed the “Old Fashioned” cocktail, which was expertly crafted.

One of my friends couldn’t get enough of the view, and he recommended that we come back during sunset to see the city skyline light up in a different way. Another friend was raving about the “Beef Tartare” platter, which was the perfect balance of flavors and textures.
