My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seven Restaurant Rooftop Garden, and I must say that it was an experience unlike any other. The rooftop is located on the 7th floor of the Hotel Ambasciatori, and it boasts a breathtaking panoramic view over Palermo. The lush setting and stylish dining seats offered a romantic and vibrant atmosphere that perfectly complemented the vibrant live music and DJs.
The food menu, inspired by Sicily and the close by Mediterranean, was simply divine. We particularly enjoyed the variety of seafood options, which were cooked to perfection. Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying some of the barman Leonardo Romano’s signature cocktails, which were exciting and delicious. The fine selection of wines was also appreciated.
My girlfriend was particularly impressed with the elegant yet friendly and relaxed atmosphere. She loved the fact that the rooftop offered both stylish dining seats and comfortable lounge spots, as well as a smaller indoor lounge. The fact that the rooftop is open nightly (except Monday’s) means that you can enjoy the view and the fantastic drinks at any time.
I would highly recommend Seven Restaurant Palermo for anyone who is looking for a unique and unforgettable rooftop dining experience. If you choose to have a full dinner, make sure to make reservations beforehand. And, as the opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 17.30 – 00.00, try to time your visit for sunset – it is absolutely magical from up here.
In summary, Seven Restaurant Rooftop Garden is a bit more expensive than your regular Palermo restaurant, but it is well worth every penny. If you’re looking for a sophisticated yet natural dining experience, this is definitely the place to be.
