Il Bar rooftop in Palermo is an absolute gem! My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting this stylish cocktail bar and café above Rinascente shopping mall, and we were blown away by the amazing views and comfortable lounge chairs. The multi-level terrace boasts some of the best views of Piazza San Domenico, la Vucciria market, and the historic center of Palermo.

The décor is stunningly sleek and modern, yet it still manages to blend perfectly with the traditional architecture of the city. We loved that the seating was available both inside and outside, and we chose to sit on the terrace to soak up the incredible panoramic views.

As for the drinks and food, Il Bar definitely did not disappoint. The cocktail menu was extensive and offered a variety of classic Italian cocktails, sparkling cocktails, and signature creations. My girlfriend loved the signature creation, and I was very impressed with their selection of wine.

The food menu was just as impressive. It offered everything from breakfast and sweets to tapas perfect for sharing, and more filling options like the ‘Black Pig Burger’. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxed.
