My sister and I recently visited Le Terrazze Ritual, a rooftop restaurant and mixology bar located in the heart of Costa Smeralda, in the northern part of Sardinia. Let me tell you, it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience that I will never forget!
What sets Le Terrazze Ritual apart from other rooftop bars is its unique location. Carved into a rock, the venue boasts several terraces with waterfalls, water features and colorful mosaic floors, right in the middle of the green and luxuriant nature. The views over the surroundings, including the Gulf of Cannigione and the Maddalena archipelago, are simply breathtaking.
But what really made our visit special was the top-class mixology and cuisine. Chef Ricardo Pacifico creates dishes where flavors of tradition meet exotic notes, and the cocktails are simply out of this world. My sister remarked that the rooftop bar had “a really impressive selection of drinks” and that “the presentation was just as good as the taste.”
Le Terrazze Ritual is only open during the summer months, starting June 24 for the 2021 season, which adds to its exclusiveness. We went for a memorable dinner and were blown away by the quality of the food and the service. After dinner, we continued the night at the Ritual Club, which is connected to the rooftop bar. But make sure to make reservations in advance!
