Last weekend, I had the pleasure of celebrating one of my best friend’s birthdays at SkyNight Bar rooftop in Madrid. Let me tell you, it was an incredible experience.

The first thing that caught my eye was the breathtaking panoramic view of Madrid’s skyline. It’s truly a sight to behold. The rooftop is designed by Jean Nouvel and has a cool and stylish touch, both in the bar and interior. I felt like I was in a chic lounge, perfect for a night out with friends.

The terrace is quite spacious, offering plenty of seating options, and has a retractable roof that adds to the ambiance. The live DJ playing tunes was fantastic, not too loud to disrupt conversation, but enough to make you want to dance. The cocktails were on the pricier side, but the 13th floor glass skywalk and panoramic views of Madrid’s skyline makes it well worth it.

If you’re in the mood for food, The Observatory is right on the same floor, serving up delicious starters and a variety of seafood. It also boasts one of Europe’s largest interior vertical gardens, adding to the already impressive experience.

I highly recommend checking out the Hotel Puerta America if you’re a fan of the cool and avant-garde design of the rooftop. Each floor was created by a different international architect, making for a truly unique and exclusive experience.

All in all, it was a fantastic night spent with great company at one of Madrid’s most fashionable night spots. SkyNight Bar rooftop is definitely worth a visit.
