Goodness Gracious is the epitome of a stylish summer rooftop garden, boasting unparalleled views of Liverpool’s iconic Three Graces. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting this gem with some of our closest friends last week, and we were blown away by its charm and sophistication.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking panoramic views of the River Mersey and Liverpool’s skyline. The wooden decked terrace, adorned with colorful details and lush greenery, created a true oasis in the heart of the city. The open-air terrace is situated on the 8th floor, offering close-ups of the Royal Liver Building and other historical landmarks.

My girlfriend was especially thrilled with the Afternoon Tea in the Sky, available from Wednesday to Friday from 12 pm to 2.30 pm. The delectable treats and refreshing drinks were a perfect way to while away an afternoon in the sun. Our friends raved about the refreshing cocktails and other drinks, which were expertly crafted by the friendly and attentive staff.

The only downside of this rooftop bar is that it’s a seasonal venue, only operational from April to September. Moreover, it’s an open-air venue and requires decent weather to enjoy fully. However, this shouldn’t dissuade you from making a visit as it’s worth the wait.

As a group, we all agreed that reservations are recommended for Afternoon Tea, but for drinks, the rooftop works on a walk-in basis. However, we recommend arriving early, as the venue is quickly gaining popularity and can get crowded during peak hours.

In summary, Goodness Gracious is a venue tailor-made for enjoying the sun, good company, nice drinks, and a great, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a real hidden gem, and we feel lucky to have discovered it.
