Tucked away on top of a hill, my best friends and I stumbled across the hidden gem known as Terraço 23. This gastro bar and terrace is situated in the heart of Lisbon and is a must visit for anyone looking for stunning views and top notch drinks.

The interior design is chic and sophisticated, and the several outdoor spaces lend a relaxed and charming atmosphere. As we sipped on well-made cocktails and indulged in some of the globally inspired small plates, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the historic centre of Lisbon and the Tagus river in the background.

The bar is open daily from noon to around midnight, making it perfect for a leisurely afternoon drink in the sun, a post-work cocktail or a glass of wine before or after dinner. The lounge chairs are incredibly comfortable, and we found ourselves sinking into them as we basked in the warm sun and took in the incredible views.
