The 5-star Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa is an excellent choice for accommodation, with its rooftop bar, restaurant, and outdoor pool, along with its central location in Lisbon. Overall, Sky Bar by SEEN exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip.
