What to wear for Silk Club in Lisbon? Dress Code for men and women

My sister and I had the pleasure of visiting Silk Club, an elegant rooftop restaurant and bar, combined with a vibrant club. It was truly a top-class experience and one of the best rooftop restaurants in Lisbon. The 270-degree views over Lisbon and the ocean were breathtaking, and the location in the heart of Chiado, right next to Bairro Alto, was perfect.

The terrace was very trendy, stylish and decorated in a classic lounge style with large comfortable sofas. The indoor restaurant was equally stylish, and the large windows and open wall out to the terrace made it feel less like an indoor space. We were impressed by the wide selection of fresh Japanese dishes, such as Sushi and Wagyu Beef, available to order from the restaurant. Alternatively, the bar offered tasty and well-made cocktails, along with fine selections of wine, champagne and spirits.

The atmosphere in Silk Club was always luxurious and sophisticated, but it transformed depending on the hour of the night. Opening at 7 pm, the terrace was the perfect spot for an early night sunset cocktail, and the restaurant was ideal for a fine rooftop dinner. However, after midnight (especially on weekends), the mood transformed towards the clubbing experience, and it became the place to be for a rooftop party with a trendy crowd. As a club, it was undoubtedly one of the best in Lisbon.

While reservations for dinner were highly recommended, the terrace operated on a first-come, first-served basis. My sister and I were fortunate to get a spot on the small outside area, but we arrived early enough to secure a seat. We would also recommend that you reserve a table for the club and bottle service after midnight. Silk Club’s opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays were from 19.00 – 04.00, and its address was 14 Rua da Misericordia, Chiado, Lisbon.
