My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bairro Alto Hotel, where we enjoyed the stunning rooftop restaurant and bar, BAHR. The bohemian elegance of the venue combined with the breathtaking views of the Tejo River made for an unforgettable experience.
