Last week, my girlfriend, my mother, my father and I visited the Three-Sixty rooftop bar, located on the sixth floor of the Grand Hotel Minerva, in the heart of Florence. The moment we arrived, we felt like we were in seventh heaven. The views from the rooftop bar were absolutely breathtaking; we could see the entire city of Florence from a 360-degree angle, with the Cathedral as a powerful background.
The rooftop bar is divided into three sections. The pool area, which is strictly for hotel guests, has a heated rooftop pool with a jacuzzi and comfortable sun loungers. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The other part of the terrace is open to all from 7pm, where you can relax in white basket chairs and some lounge chairs. The Sky Lounge, an elevated terrace above the rooftop pool, can be reserved for private events for up to 20 persons.
The Italian bar bites served at the rooftop bar were delicious. We loved the Tomato caprese with buffalo mozzarella and Tuscan raw ham with melon. The skilled bartenders mixed amazing cocktails, including Prosecco. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 11.00 – 00.00.
My girlfriend loved the rooftop bar, especially the white basket chairs that were both comfortable and chic. She also enjoyed the Italian bar bites and the Prosecco. My mother, who is a fan of beautiful views, was in awe of the 360-degree views over Florence. She loved the atmosphere and the apertivo. My father, who is a fan of rooftop pools, was impressed with the heated rooftop pool and the jacuzzi. He also enjoyed the Italian bar bites and the Prosecco.
We highly recommend the Three-Sixty rooftop bar to anyone visiting Florence. The rooftop bar is the perfect place to spend a relaxing evening, enjoying the great atmosphere, an apertivo, and catching a beautiful sunset over Florence.
