Plaza Hotel Lucchesi Florence’s rooftop terrace is truly a luxurious and sophisticated haven, featuring a stunning rooftop pool and the exceptional Empireo bar. The extraordinary panoramic 360° views over Florence skyline and the surrounding environment are breathtaking, showcasing the Doumo, Fiorentina’s home stadium Artemio Franchi, the Arno River, and the Tuscany Hills.

My date and I were impressed with the refreshing oasis feel during the day, with comfy sunbeds and cooling drinks at the rooftop pool. We also enjoyed the perfect place to enjoy magical sunsets over Florence, with both bar stools and comfy lounge chairs. The aperitif of Italian delicacies (€27) between 8pm-10pm was well worth it, and the classic and creative cocktails on the menu were well made.

The live music almost every night, provided by both DJs and artists, added a vibrant yet sophisticated touch to the Empireo atmosphere.
