My best friends and I recently visited the Vista Sky Bar, a stunning rooftop cocktail bar located on the 6th floor of Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento, in Sant’Agnello. As soon as we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Naples bay, the islands, and the Vesuvio Volcano, which were enhanced by the beautiful sunset.
The Vista Sky Bar has a trendy and stylish vibe, with plenty of comfortable lounge furniture that made us feel like celebrities. The signature cocktails, prepared by the talented barman Arturo Laccarino, were divine and paired perfectly with the tasty finger food. The drinks were simply irresistible, and we couldn’t resist ordering a bottle of champagne to celebrate our reunion.
The atmosphere was cool and sophisticated, and we enjoyed the DJ sets and live jazz and bossa nova bands. It was an exclusive experience that we’ll never forget. However, we were surprised to learn that the terrace is only open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, from 7pm to 11.30pm, according to weather conditions. So, if you’re planning to visit, make sure you book in advance!
The Vista Sky Bar is also available for private events, and it’s easy to see why. The stunning views and stylish decor would make any event unforgettable. For a more filling dinner, we visited the Vesuvio Roof Restaurant, which is located at the hotel. The restaurant serves local fresh food cooked and presented in a simple but stylish way, and it was perfect for our romantic dinner.
Overall, our experience at the Vista Sky Bar and Vesuvio Roof Restaurant was unforgettable. The service was impeccable, and the staff made us feel like royalty. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a sophisticated and exclusive atmosphere, amazing views, and delicious drinks and food.
