My sister and I recently visited Zephyr, a sleek rooftop cocktail bar at the top of the five-star Hyatt Regency Sydney. We were immediately taken aback by the exclusive nautical-inspired decor and stunning waterfront views across Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

As cocktail enthusiasts, we were thrilled to discover the wide selection of drinks on offer. From classic cocktails to barrel-aged and frozen creations, there was something for everyone. We highly recommend trying the seasonal menu of sharing plates, including the charcuterie selection, Wagyu beef sliders, and lobster popcorn. The desserts were also an indulgent treat!

It’s worth noting that there is a minimum spend of $80 per person (Sunday – Thursday) and $120 per person (Friday & Saturday) for pre-booked guests, and bookings are restricted to 2 hours. However, the experience is well worth the spend.

What stood out to us the most was the incredible sunset view, which we were lucky enough to catch while we were there. The bar has won the Hotel Bar of the Year award several years in a row, and it’s easy to see why.
