My girlfriend and I recently visited The Collective in Palm Beach and were blown away by the innovative concept of having five different restaurants and two bars under one roof. The venue, housed in the old Palm Beach post office, is beautifully designed with an indoor/outdoor ground floor, and a stunning rooftop terrace and bar that offers breathtaking views of Palm Beach.
We were impressed by the extensive range of food options available, with five different restaurants to choose from, each offering a distinct cuisine. Whether you’re in the mood for Italian, Mexican, Greek, Asian, or American cuisine, The Collective has got you covered. The menu at the rooftop bar is more “collective,” but it still offers a great selection of cocktails, including both classic and creative signature drinks, sangrias, spritzes, and a nice variety of wines.
What stood out the most to us was the lovely rooftop terrace and bar, which was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset over Palm Beach. My girlfriend loved the lush and charming atmosphere of the rooftop, and we both appreciated the friendly and attentive service of the staff. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 11.00 – 21.30, but The Collective is open 7 days a week.
Overall, we highly recommend The Collective as a top-notch dining and drinking destination in Palm Beach. Whether you’re looking to wine and dine with family and friends or just enjoy a relaxing cocktail, The Collective has something for everyone. We can’t wait to go back and try out the other restaurants on our next visit.
