I highly recommend trying the Pimm’s on tap, it was a refreshing and unique twist on a classic favorite. The wine selection was also impressive.

Despite being a popular spot, the rooftop bar didn’t feel overcrowded or claustrophobic. We arrived early to snag a table and enjoyed the casual but vibrant atmosphere. The live DJ on the weekends and the famous Sunday party made it even more lively and fun.

To top it off, we got to watch a classic flick at the Sweethearts Rooftop Cinema while sipping on our cocktails and munching on popcorn under the Sydney sky. It was truly a memorable experience.
