My friends and I recently visited this bar and were blown away by the stunning vistas of Manly Corso and Manly Beach, all the way out to Shelley Beach. We couldn’t believe our luck at having stumbled across such a top-notch venue for some fun in the sun.
The Rooftop Garden Bar had a delightful beachside vibe and was decorated in a bright, cheerful style. The indoor lounge and bar were simply wonderful, but we were most impressed by the terrace, which was adorned with an assortment of comfortable Balinese day beds, private cabanas, basket chairs, and bar stools. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind with a cocktail in hand.
Speaking of cocktails, the drinks menu at the Rooftop Garden Bar was impressive, to say the least. They had a large selection of craft beer and cider, as well as an extensive wine list. We also sampled some of their tasty finger food, which was a real treat.
While the Rooftop Garden Bar was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit, New Brighton Hotel had so much more to offer! The venue is spread over 4 floors, with 4 different bars to choose from. The Shark Bar, a dark and vibrant night club, was open on Tuesdays and Fridays through Saturdays. Meanwhile, the Corso Bar, located on the main floor, was a sports bar perfect for catching the latest game. And if you’re a fan of craft beer and cocktails, then you simply must check out the Balcony Bar, which is located one level up and has balconies that overlook the bustling streets below.
In summary, if you’re looking for a bougie, fancy and upscale place to enjoy some drinks with friends, then we highly recommend the Rooftop Garden Bar at New Brighton Hotel. Its opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 9:00 am to 3:00 am, giving you plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere and make some unforgettable memories.
