My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting Ivy Blu, a chic and trendy rooftop bar located in the heart of Brisbane. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by the unique and stylish atmosphere – a perfect blend of urban and classic vibes. The pastel colour scheme and industrial statement pieces, coupled with a beautiful indoor-outdoor space, made for a truly unforgettable experience.

We loved the Buffalo Chicken Ribs and the “Steak Frites” Minute Steak, both perfect for sharing. The special and signature spritzes and cocktails were a true highlight, as were the excellent selection of wines and beers on offer.

In addition to the fantastic food and drink, Ivy Blu is an eventful venue that always has something happening. We were lucky enough to catch the ‘Acoustic Nights’ on Thursday, which featured some incredible local musicians. There is also the ‘Bottomless Brunch’ on Sundays, and ‘Rooftop Movies’ on Wednesdays. We can definitely see ourselves coming back to experience more of the exciting events.
