I had the pleasure of visiting Dirty Sultan, a Turkish-inspired rooftop cocktail bar located on the top floor of The Constance Fortitude Valley, for a Tinder date. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a mesmerizing oasis of the Middle East, complete with pastel-hues, mosaics, and greenery. The chic comfy booths and bar tables, all surrounded by the Brisbane sky, offered breathtaking views of Fortitude Valley.

The bespoke and Turkish-inspired cocktails were nothing short of fantastic, and the Neo-Turkish Streetfood was available in meze and share plates. The rooftop bar served as an end-of-the-week hot-spot, and the vibe was simply electric. Notably, the hottest DJs around made sure the music was always on point.

To complete and elevate the Turkish-Brisbane experience, we also enjoyed a session in the private Shisha Lounge.
