The location of this bar is truly unparalleled as it is set high above Perth on top of the Doubletree By Hilton Perth Waterfront. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace as it made for a romantic setting to enjoy refreshing cocktails and an extensive wine list. We also had the chance to indulge in local seafood, burgers, and a large selection of sharing plates, which were all delicious.

The rooftop bar is open daily from 11am to late, catering to both hotel guests and the public. On the weekends, guests can also enjoy live music while taking in the stunning sunsets. Speaking of the hotel, I highly recommend booking a stay at the 4-star Doubletree By Hilton Perth Waterfront, which also features a fantastic rooftop infinity pool with the same awe-inspiring views over Perth.
