It was truly breathtaking to have the spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains available all around.

The dishes were a range of small bites to filling entrees, and they could be described as “mountain contemporary cuisine.” My sister and I enjoyed every dish that we ordered, and the drinks were equally impressive. The variety of craft beers and both classic and creative locally inspired cocktails were perfect for our taste buds.
What I loved about Vue Rooftop was that it was upscale yet very approachable, lively, and upbeat in atmosphere. It was the perfect place to go for the best view in Summit County. We spent a memorable afternoon and evening filled with food, drinks, and music. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays were from 3.00 PM – 10.00 PM, which made it an ideal location to watch the sunset.
Overall, my sister and I highly recommend Vue Rooftop Restaurant & Bar to anyone looking for a unique and elevated experience in Dillon, Colorado. The rooftop bar was truly a hidden gem that we would love to visit again.
