I recently visited the Victor Rooftop Terrace with my best friends and we had an unforgettable experience. The Le Germain Hotel Toronto in downtown is home to the chic yet casual Victor Restaurant & Bar, which never disappoints with its New-World French cuisine and delicious cocktails. However, we were in for a treat when we discovered the intimate and exclusive rooftop oasis that was the Victor Rooftop.

Perched on the 11th floor, the lush and elegant terrace only has 14 seats, so it truly feels like an escape from the bustling city. The CN Tower views are breathtaking and we were lucky enough to witness the sunset reflections on the surrounding skyscrapers. The collaboration with Veuve Clicquot added a touch of luxury to our experience, and we toasted to our friendship with a bottle of bubbles.

Executive Chef Lanny MacLeod’s summer menu of smaller dishes with a delicate French flair was the perfect complement to our drinks. We especially loved the oysters and the crab tartine. The terrace fire-pits added a cosy touch to our evening, and we could not have asked for better service from the staff.
