My boyfriend and I recently visited The Waterman Fish Bar during a business trip in Charlotte, NC, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace called Topside. The boat drinks, frozen boozes, brews, and craft cocktails were also a hit with us. We absolutely loved the $1.5 Oyster Happy Hour on weekdays from 2 to 7pm, it was just too good to pass up!

Even on the weekends, we opted for brunch at this charming seafood spot to enjoy its casual and relaxed atmosphere. However, keep in mind that seating at Topside is on a first come, first served basis.
Overall, The Waterman Fish Bar is an excellent spot for those seeking a laid-back yet sophisticated dining experience. The year-round rooftop terrace is the cherry on top and made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend visiting this neighborhood seafood restaurant during your next trip to Charlotte.
